Spam Musubi Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can SPAM
3 cups rice (sticky Asian variety)
3 1/2 cups water
1 cup rice vinegar
1-2 sheets dried seaweed (nori)
For Sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
Prepare the rice with water and rice vinegar. Cut the spam into 8 slices. Fry till brown. Turn to low heat. Put in sauce mixture with spam. Let sit for a few minutes. Take out spam and put in SPAM can. Place rice on the spam in the can and press down. Flip over can and pop molded spam and rice out and onto seaweed. Roll and ENJOY the goodness of spam!
